School Description

JadeClass Education Singapore provides enrichment education to bright students aged 6-16 who possess a strong command of the English language and plan to pursue education abroad. Our students are carefully screened for English proficiency, behavior, and motivation. We focus on teaching concrete skills essential for their academic success.

We are seeking talented online teachers to deliver live classes using materials and instructions prepared by our development staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy online classes in a 1-on-8 format.
• Review course materials and participate in practice sessions to ensure teaching quality.
• Complete all scheduled classes without absences or rescheduling.

Schedule

For the Spring 2027 semester, classes will run from late February through late June. Teaching days include Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.

• February – June: Friday 16:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)
• Saturday, Sunday 08:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)

Course Description

Our Small Group Online Courses pair one teacher with a group of eight students for a comprehensive study program. Each week, classes meet online on the ClassIn platform for two 90-minute lessons. Lessons are fully prepared by our design team, and recordings from past semesters are provided to clarify teaching expectations. Student interaction includes multiple-choice activities, written assignments, and direct oral engagement.

Compensation

Payment is competitive and structured as follows:

• New Lessons: 66 USD per hour, totaling $100 per 90-minute lesson. This payment covers the actual teaching time. Additional time is required for material review, preparation, and recording a demo (without students) to demonstrate readiness.
• Repeated Lessons: 50 USD per hour, totaling $75 per 90-minute lesson (for lessons previously taught).

Remuneration is processed monthly via Wise, between the 10th and 12th of each month.
