School Description

JadeClass Education Singapore specializes in enrichment education for bright students who possess a strong command of the English language and plan to pursue further education abroad. Our students, aged 6-16, are carefully screened for English proficiency, behavior, and motivation. Our focus is on imparting concrete skills to support their learning endeavors. We are currently seeking talented online teachers to deliver live classes using materials and instructions developed by our expert staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy online English classes in a 1-on-8 format.
• Review course materials and participate in practice sessions to ensure teaching quality.
• Successfully complete a series of scheduled classes without absences or rescheduling.

Schedule

For the Summer 2026 semester, classes will run from early July through late August. Classes meet twice per week, either on Monday and Thursday or Wednesday and Saturday, between 08:30 and 20:30 Singapore time (UTC+8).

• July-August: Monday, Thursday 08:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)
• Wednesday, Saturday 08:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)

Course Description

Our Small Group Online Courses pair one teacher with eight students for a comprehensive study program. Each week, classes convene online via the ClassIn platform for two 90-minute lessons. All lessons are fully prepared by our design team, and recordings from previous semesters are provided to clarify teaching expectations. Student interaction includes multiple-choice activities, written assignments, and direct oral engagement.

Compensation

• 66 USD per hour for each new lesson taught ($100 per 90-minute lesson). This payment covers the actual teaching. Additional time is required for material review, preparation, and recording a demo (without students) to demonstrate readiness.
• 50 USD per hour for each repeated lesson taught (lessons previously delivered) ($75 per 90-minute lesson).

Remuneration is processed monthly through Wise, between the 10th and 12th of the month.
