Job Responsibilities
This role involves both course development and teaching delivery. Courses cover topics like story analysis, persuasive writing, narrative writing, analytical writing, and literature analysis, delivered to groups of up to eight students over a semester.
Our in-house staff handles grading and external student support, providing standardized materials including presentations, activities, homework, tests, and keys.
- Develop and deliver well-planned, engaging online classes in a 1 on 8 format.
- Create, test, and revise lesson materials conforming to JadeClass standards.
- Commit to developing a full course consisting of 15 lessons.
Schedule
Development meetings occur online on the ClassIn platform any day of the week between 08:00 and 20:00 UTC +8 (Singapore time).
Lessons are scheduled on weekends during the fall and spring semesters, and Monday through Saturday during the summer term.
Fall 2025 Semester Teaching Schedule (September – January):
- Fri 16:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)
- Sat, Sun 08:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)
Compensation
- Course Development: 360 USD per newly developed lesson (includes in-class materials, homework, grading keys, and supplementary materials).
- Teaching Hours: 75 USD per 90-minute lesson (paid separately from development).
Remuneration is processed monthly via Wise, between the 10th and the 12th of each month.

Technology Requirements
- Fast and stable internet connection (20 Mbps or greater).
