The Role: Experienced Backend Developer
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer specializing in Node.js. Beyond strong programming skills, this role offers a direct influence on company strategy, technology selection, and daily operations.
We highly value candidates who actively utilize AI tools to support programming, such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex. We seek a partner who treats AI as an essential tool, creatively leveraging its capabilities and staying current with emerging trends. We provide all necessary AI tools and resources for development in this area.
This position is fully remote, though occasional participation in integration meetings or stationary training may be required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum three years of commercial experience as a Backend Developer in relevant projects.
- Strong database knowledge, primarily MySQL and PostgreSQL. Experience with Redis, MongoDB, or ElasticSearch is a plus.
- Proven experience building and integrating with REST API and GraphQL.
- Ability to work effectively in Docker-based environments.
- Communicative level of English proficiency.
- Practical, daily experience utilizing AI tools for programming tasks.
Scope of Duties
- Program systems in Node.js projects, utilizing frameworks such as Next.js, NestJS, and Express.
- Participate in cyclical project team meetings to discuss solutions and assess progress collaboratively.
- Contribute to team skill development by sharing and acquiring knowledge.
Our Culture & Workflow
Operating in the PL and EU market since 2017, our experienced team includes Developers, Designers, Testers, and Project Managers, supported by our SEO department and experienced CTO. We manage work using Jira and an internal knowledge base. We utilize GitHub with a strict Pull Request standard, requiring acceptance before merging changes to dev and master branches. We implement custom projects from scratch, selecting technologies internally.
Project Focus
We develop projects of various sizes, primarily using Node.js (and occasionally PHP) for the backend, and React.js for the frontend. Projects include PWA progressive applications and mobile applications built with React Native. We actively work with AI, integrating available models, creating automations, voice bots, and building custom chatbots that process natural language (e.g., via Facebook Messenger). We also develop internal projects.
