Moodle Specialist – Advanced E-learning Platform

Location: Hybrid / Remote (with possibility of periodic meetings on site) in Campania

Main Duties

The Moodle Specialist will handle core platform operations and strategic enhancements:

• Moodle installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Course structuring (SCORM, quizzes, lessons, certifications)
• User, role, and permission management
• Plugin integration (payments, notifications, AI, advanced reports)
• Platform UX/UI optimization
• Support for instructors and staff
• System security, backup, and performance management
• Possible integration with CRM, WhatsApp, and external systems

Technical Requirements

Candidates must possess real, practical experience with Moodle.

Basic Knowledge Required:

• PHP
• MySQL
• Hosting / VPS

Ability to work with:

• Plugins
• SCORM
• Advanced quizzes
• Progress tracking
