Responsibilities and Assignments
What are the main responsibilities?
- Development and Maintenance: Perform adjustments, improvements, and new features in our main core applications, using PHP and Node.JS, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Software Factory Management: Act as a technical arm with the factory, performing rigorous Code Reviews and ensuring deliverables are aligned with our architectural standards.
- Business Interface: Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) in gathering functional and technical requirements, translating business needs into robust engineering solutions.
- Technical Modernization: Support the replacement of legacy systems with modern platforms, focusing on UX and data efficiency.
- Reuse Culture: Contribute to the evolution of our internal libraries and actively participate in technical forums.
Requirements and Qualifications
What do you need to have?
- Technical Experience: Mastery in Backend development with PHP and Node.JS. Knowledge in Frontend (React or Vue.js) is a significant differentiator.
- Architecture and Integrations: Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and messaging.
- Cloud and DevOps: Knowledge of Docker and experience in environments using Kubernetes (K8s) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Observability: Notions of monitoring and structured logs (Datadog will be a differentiator).
- Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills): Assertive communication capacity to deal with stakeholders, critical sense for supplier management, and proactive profile to propose improvements.
- Education: Completed higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas.
- Desirable: Technical English for collaboration with global teams.
