About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level PHP/Kotlin Developer to join the E-commerce platforms team within PJ Acceptance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of platforms that support our products.
• Construct solutions adhering to high code quality standards.
• Create functionalities prioritizing performance and security.
• Implement comprehensive tests for improved maintainability.
• Maintain thorough documentation for all services.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficiency in PHP using Lumen/Laravel frameworks. Knowledge of Hyperf is a plus.
• Expertise in robust microservices architecture (covering performance, resilience, scalability, inter-service communication, circuit breaker, and SAGA patterns).
• Strong understanding of observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerts).
• Mastery of essential concepts for developing quality code (SOLID, YAGNI, DRY, Dependency Injection, unit tests, design patterns).
• Experience working with AWS and its core services (SQS, SNS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Adherence to good development practices: TDD, SOLID, DRY, KISS, Object Calisthenics.
• Understanding of resilience mechanisms (Retries, circuit breaker, idempotence).
