Location Requirement
If you reside in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, your presence in the city offices will be mandatory, according to the current frequency policy.
The Mission
We are seeking a Mid-level Developer with proven experience and a passion for technical challenges, ready to be an agent of digital transformation. Your mission is to act with consistency and autonomy in the development and evolution of systems within a large credit union network, actively contributing to code quality and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust functionalities for product evolution with consistency and precision.
- Prepare and execute unit/automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure quality.
- Perform code reviews, contributing to code quality and standards.
- Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvements in development processes.
- Investigate and solve technical problems of medium complexity, acting proactively in resolution.
- Strategically manage your routine, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
- Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and other teams, sharing knowledge and work methodology.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in development using PHP and Angular.
- Knowledge and application of programming best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with unit/automated tests and Test Pyramid concepts.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts.
- Ability to adapt to different contexts and technologies, such as AI/FLOW.
- Knowledge of software architectures and system integration (APIs).
