Bling serves as the operational core for thousands of small and medium businesses (SMBs). Within the Integrations team, you will directly engage with major e-commerce marketplace players such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein, and Amazon.
Daily Responsibilities and Activities
Your primary mission will be to support and evolve the Bling product, a legacy monolith, by managing high-criticality and high-scale systems with a strong focus on marketplace integrations. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building evolutionary and resilient solutions for e-commerce marketplace integrations.
- Monitoring and controlling technical debt across solutions.
- Actively participating in strategic discussions with the product and business teams.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for developed code.
- Controlling platform obsolescence levels.
- Collaborating effectively with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Fostering a culture of code review, DevOps, and secure development practices.
- Ensuring high code quality and observability of both business and systemic metrics.
- Establishing robust unit and automated testing routines.
- Providing L3 technical support.
We Expect You To Have
- Solid experience in PHP development.
- Proficiency in code versioning using Git (GitLab/GitHub).
- Experience with software development best practices: SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with both relational databases (MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience in event-driven architecture, messaging, and event orientation (e.g., Kafka, SQS, SNS).
- Knowledge of automated and unit testing.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (APM, logs, metrics, tracing).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum).
- Soft Skills: Strong sense of ownership, urgency, engagement, and commitment.
It Will Be a Plus If You Have
- Knowledge of DDD (Domain Driven Development).
- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS).
- Experience with Redis.
- Knowledge of Golang.
