Inicie, a company accelerated by Google for Startups and focused on transforming Education through technology, is seeking a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer. You will be crucial in developing and maintaining our AI-driven data integration and analysis platform, alongside our Chrome OS and Windows device management solutions.

- Develop and maintain our platform using PHP (Laravel) for the backend and React with TypeScript for the frontend.

Responsibilities and Attributions
- Develop and maintain fullstack functionalities using React (frontend) and Laravel (backend).
- Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement responsive and accessible interfaces following UX/UI best practices.
- Work with React component architecture, utilizing hooks and modern state management.
- Maintain and evolve legacy systems, ensuring stability and performance.
- Optimize queries and database structure.
- Implement and maintain automated tests (unit and integration).
- Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Document code, processes, and technical decisions.
- Resolve bugs and incidents efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid experience in Fullstack development, focusing on PHP (Laravel) and React/TypeScript.
- Mastery of JavaScript/ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React state management (Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar).
- Knowledge of software architecture and ability to contribute to technical decisions.
- Experience with Laravel Eloquent ORM, migrations, seeders, and relationships.
- Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Laravel Sanctum/Passport).
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
- Familiarity with automated tests (PHPUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).
- Practice with Git and collaborative workflows (Git Flow, pull requests, code review).
- Ability to work on maintenance, correction, and evolution of existing systems.
