The Opportunity
We are looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Developer (PHP/React) to join our Development team.
This position will play an important role in the evolution and support of applications, working both on the maintenance of legacy systems and the development of new features with modern technologies, contributing to the stability, quality, and continuous evolution of the platform.
We are looking for a profile with solid experience in PHP, React, and SQL, with autonomy, analytical capacity, and interest in investigating complex problems, proposing improvements, and collaborating with the team in a dynamic, hands-on, and results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities and Assignments
- Develop and maintain features in PHP, working both in legacy architecture and modern components.
- Implement solutions using React for web interfaces.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize SQL queries for different databases.
- Work on the evolution of existing features, preserving compatibility and platform stability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical refinements, and architecture discussions.
- Investigate issues in an extensive codebase and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development cycle.
- Ensure development best practices, security, and code quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Solid experience with PHP 7.x and/or 8.x.
- Object-oriented programming.
- Experience with maintenance and evolution of legacy systems.
- Development compatible with multiple databases.
- Mastery of advanced SQL.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Solid experience in React JS.
- Git and Merge Request-based workflow.
- Knowledge of web application security (SQL Injection, XSS, and input validation).
- AI tools for development (GitHub Copilot, Kiro, or similar).
You will stand out if you have:
- Doctrine ORM/DBAL.
- Experience in Symfony.
- GitLab CI/CD.
- Java for backend service maintenance.
