Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel & Vue.js)

Our client is a Technology company that specializes in risk management and compliance. We are seeking a results-oriented Full Stack Developer with a passion for technology to join our development team. This role is crucial for the evolution of our upMiner platform and its solutions, empowering clients to make strategic data-driven decisions and enhance their Compliance and Due Diligence practices.

Activities and Responsibilities

You will contribute to the end-to-end development lifecycle of high-impact systems, covering both back-end and front-end aspects:

• Develop and maintain scalable web systems, prioritizing performance and security.
• Implement new features for both the back-end (PHP/Laravel) and front-end (Vue.js) to ensure continuous value delivery to clients.
• Create and consume REST APIs to integrate the platform with internal and external services, streamlining data flow and functionalities.
• Integrate with PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and consistency.
• Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance, including bug fixing, code refactoring, and continuous system improvement.
• Collaborate actively with the technical team (developers, QAs, Product Owners) and internal departments, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

Essential Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in back-end development with PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Experience in front-end development using Vue.js (preferably Vue 2 or 3).
• Ability to create and consume robust RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database (modeling, queries, and optimization).
• Proficiency in code versioning using Git with GitLab workflow.
• Knowledge and experience with applications hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Laravel stack running in production.
• Knowledge and practice with Docker for development and production environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) using GitLab CI.
• Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end).
