What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who operates with autonomy, responsibility, and a product mindset, capable of developing complete web solutions and clearly communicating technical decisions across different areas of the company.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a sense of ownership over what goes into production
- Knows how to negotiate deadlines with maturity, respecting agreements and signaling risks
- Works well self-managed, without the need for micromanagement
- Is open to feedback and constantly evolving technically

What we expect from you:
- Develop, evolve, and maintain full-stack web applications, working on frontend and backend
- Translate product and design requirements (e.g., Figma) into functional, scalable, and maintainable code
- Implement end-to-end features, ensuring quality from code writing to production release
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs, implementing business rules and integrations with internal and third-party systems
- Model and optimize relational and non-relational databases, ensuring performance and data integrity
- Write and maintain automated tests (unit and integration)
- Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues
- Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality and standardization
- Communicate technical decisions, risks, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical areas
- Negotiate deadlines when necessary based on technical criteria, and meet agreed deadlines
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers in agile rituals
- Propose technical improvements, refactoring, and architecture evolutions when appropriate
It will be great if you have:
- Solid experience with JavaScript and frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, or Nuxt, plus PHP/Laravel and/or Node.js in developing REST APIs
- Experience with SPA (Single Page Applications)
- Knowledge of authentication and security (JWT, OAuth, OWASP best practices)
- Solid foundation in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and use of Redis
- Practice with Git/GitHub and code review processes
- Experience with automated testing (Cypress, Jest, PHPUnit)
- Experience with application monitoring (Sentry, New Relic, or similar)
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS)
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply to other areas
- Technical English for reading, writing, and communication
- Collaborative profile, with good coachability and openness to feedback
- Experience or interest in software architecture, microservices, and best practices
