Mid-Level Developer - PHP/Node.js

Responsibilities and attributions

Your mission as a Mid-Level Developer will be:

• Develop and maintain robust applications using PHP, TypeScript, and Node.js, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Ensure code quality through good development practices, including automated tests, code reviews, and proactive problem identification.
• Participate in the definition and evolution of products, collaborating with UX/UI, product, and business areas to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous software delivery with high quality and low latency.
• Collaborate with the team to improve development processes and promote a culture of agile and continuous delivery.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
• Actively participate in the planning and analysis phases of new projects, helping in the choice of technologies and architecture.
• Act as a technical leader in complex projects, guiding and assisting other developers in their professional evolution.
• Perform continuous integration with other platforms and external APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, etc.).

Requirements and qualifications

For this, we expect you to have knowledge and experience in:

• PHP: Solid experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend, and deep knowledge of system architecture.
• TypeScript: Advanced experience in developing systems using TypeScript, for both back-end (Node.js) and front-end (frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Node.js: Deep knowledge in building microservices, scalable APIs, and applications with Node.js, using frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
• Automated Tests: Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PHPUnit, etc.) to ensure test coverage and code quality.
• CI/CD: Practical experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
• Version control: Solid experience with Git and code versioning practices.
• Code quality: Implementation of good development practices such as Clean Code, Code Reviews, and Design Patterns.
• APIs: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
• Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Docker and Kubernetes (desirable): Experience with containers, orchestration, and container deployments in production environments.

• Cloud: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Security: Knowledge of good software security practices, such as OWASP.
• Monitoring and Logs: Familiarity with monitoring and log management tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).
