Job Description
We are the architects of the technological intelligence that moves our logistics on a national scale, orchestrating the connection between stores, distribution centers, and couriers to deliver products across the country. What You Will Do
As a Mid-Level Developer, you will play a key role in building and sustaining our systems, acting with a high level of ownership:
- Development and Specification: Collaborate in translating business rules into clear specifications (SDD) and develop solutions that ensure fast and accurate inventory synchronization.
- Active Use of AI: Use AI-Coding tools to accelerate development, generate tests, and assist in diagnosing problems, focusing on the quality of what is produced.
- Troubleshooting and Investigation: Dive deep into incidents, writing structured queries to analyze bottlenecks in complex flows and propose definitive solutions.
- Quality and Validation: Write rigorous automated tests, support the creation of validation harnesses, and ensure that acceptance criteria are met with excellence.
- Continuous Collaboration: Work alongside Seniors in evolving the architecture and support the Product team in technical scenario analyses.
What We Expect from You (Requirements)
Our Stack & Software Development
- Full Stack Experience: Ability to work on the Front-end with ReactJs and on the Back-end with PHP (Laravel and Hyperf), Node.js, and NextJS (Workers/APIs).
- Data & Infrastructure: Practical experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo). Practical knowledge in Cloud environments (AWS and Google Cloud) and experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Argo CD).
- Architecture: Solid understanding of microservices-based architectures and integration via APIs.
AI Applied to Engineering
- Active use and familiarity with code assistants such as: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Willingness to learn and apply Prompt Engineering concepts and work in Agentic Workflows.
Quality and Reliability
- Deeply rooted quality culture: experience with automated tests (unit and integration), TDD concepts, and best practices for logs and observability.
Engineering Thinking & Behavior
- Ownership and Long Term: "Hands-on" profile that takes responsibility, focused on building a long-lasting product.
- Problem Solving: Investigative curiosity and resilience to not run away from difficult problems.

Differentiators (What will make you shine)
- Proficiency in PHP: Since it is a structural language in our ecosystem, mastery of PHP (especially high performance with Hyperf) is a major differentiator.
- Initial experience or practical interest in Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and MCPs (Model Context Protocol).
- Previous experience in logistics systems, WMS (Warehouse Management System), inventory control, or e-commerce.
