How the Financing Operations team builds Loft
The Real Estate Financing Operations team is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end execution of the real estate credit journey within Loft, connecting clients, partners, banks, and internal specialists until the contract is issued and the operation is completed. Our operation acts in an environment of high operational complexity, involving multiple banks, partners, and systems, with a large volume of processes and a strong dependence on operational efficiency.
In this context, Processes and Continuous Improvement, in the Financing Operations Area, plays a fundamental role: structuring, simplifying, automating, and continuously evolving operational flows, ensuring scalability, productivity, and quality in the operation.
The Mid-Level Automation and Data Analyst will be dedicated to operational transformation, acting in the modeling, documentation, improvement, and automation of processes, in addition to identifying and implementing initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce waste throughout the entire financing journey.
The challenges you will find
- Develop small internal solutions and MVPs, such as forms, automations, dashboards, and functional prototypes
- Create data entry, processing, and visualization flows
- Support the automation of manual processes using low-code/no-code tools or simple code
- Build basic login screens, forms, and tracking panels
- Support requirements gathering with stakeholders, translating needs into practical solutions
- Test, document, and evolve solutions based on user feedback
- Support the maintenance and small improvements of existing solutions
What do you need to turn the key?
- Knowledge of programming logic
- Experience with PHP, Node, and JavaScript
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with forms, APIs, and integrations
- Ability to observe tools to detect issues and act proactively in solving them
- Knowledge of versioning (Git is a differentiator)
- Curious profile, with a desire to learn and test solutions
- Ability to transform business problems into simple solutions
- Organization, responsibility, and good communication to interact with non-technical areas
- Comfort working with MVPs, prototypes, and incremental improvements

- Experience in real estate credit operations, fintech, or financial market
