FullStack Developer (PHP) - MGI Systems

This role involves development and maintenance activities for new and legacy systems within the Ministry of Management and Innovation (MGI). We seek a full-stack profile capable of handling the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to supporting final implementation, consistent with agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new projects (PHP FullStack) and modernize legacy applications.
• Apply agile software development principles and practices.
• Perform analysis of functional, non-functional, and agile requirements.
• Apply User Experience (UX) and usability concepts in application development.
• Perform other activities pertinent to the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Relational data modeling.
• Experience with three-layer application architecture and MVC model.
• Experience with PHP, Javascript, Ajax, JQuery, and Bootstrap 3 or higher.
• Experience in projects utilizing Microservices architecture + Laravel + Postgres, including synchronous and asynchronous calls to the backend and third-party microservices.
• Continuous integration using GIT repository for automation of builds and project deployment within a Docker container structure managed by Rancher.
• PostgreSQL language proficiency.
• Solid experience with the Laravel framework.
• Completed higher education degree in IT.
• Application debugging and profiling.
• Solid experience with Laravel and Angular tools.
