Your Impact (The Challenge)
Within the LWSA ecosystem, you will be a catalyst for change. Your primary objective will be to simplify the customer journey and ensure our solutions are increasingly fluid, directly impacting thousands of businesses that rely on our technology for growth.
Responsibilities and Daily Activities
- Architect and develop technology solutions with a focus on integrating logistics solutions for parcels.
- Implement APIs, model databases, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure ecosystem quality through critical Code Reviews and by mentoring Level I developers.
- Perform software maintenance and proactively monitor system health (Observability).
- Manage the Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) cycle, ensuring secure and automated deployments.
- Optimize the development workflow using AI assistants (e.g., Cursor or Claude Code) to concentrate on architecture and complex business problems.
Mandatory Requirements (Must-have)
- Solid experience in back-end development with PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Practical experience with Docker and collaborative workflows (Git).
- Strong knowledge of Software Engineering principles: Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns, and automated testing (TDD/BDD).
- A problem-solving, analytical mindset with a strong orientation towards collaboration, communication, and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with Node.js.
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB).
- Practical experience in Observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, or ELK).
- Experience with Event-Oriented Architectures and messaging.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
