As a Backend Developer, you will implement innovative solutions, tackle challenging projects, develop robust APIs, model databases, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with our team to ensure high code quality and system scalability, identifying solutions that minimize risks and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities and Attributions
Your Daily Impact:
- Drive real impact for thousands of retailers by architecting solutions that optimize the national e-commerce and logistics ecosystem.
- Work within agile squads to deliver continuous value to our customers.
- Architect and develop technology solutions focused on integrating logistics for packages, applying best practices for scalability, security, and quality.
- Ensure ecosystem quality through critical code reviews, mentoring Level I developers, and promoting top engineering practices.
- Perform software maintenance, prioritizing project security and quality.
- Proactively monitor production system health (Observability), anticipating incidents and proposing continuous improvements.
- Validate the technical feasibility of new products and assist in backlog prioritization, balancing technical debt with new features.
- Manage the continuous delivery (CI/CD) cycle, ensuring secure and automated deployments.
- Optimize development workflows using AI assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate repetitive coding, test generation, and documentation, allowing more focus on architecture and complex business problems.
- Utilize AI tools analytically for diagnosing bugs in distributed systems, task planning, and performance analysis, ensuring all suggestions meet technical scrutiny and team best practices.
- Actively evolve squad agile methodologies, contributing to continuous process improvement for predictable, high-quality deliveries.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, staying updated on market trends (e.g., new Laravel versions, AI tools), and sharing knowledge through mentoring, Tech Talks, or technical documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
To Excel in This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience in backend software development within high-demand environments.
- Proficiency with NodeJS and the NestJS Framework.
- Strong command of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Practical experience with Docker in development.
- Solid understanding of Software Engineering principles: Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns (GoF), and Automated Tests (TDD/BDD).
- Knowledge of web technology fundamentals, including protocols and standards like TCP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SSH, FTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, WebSocket, OAuth, JWT, RestFul.
- Robust experience with collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket).
- A problem-solving and analytical mindset: ability to diagnose complex issues in distributed systems and propose definitive solutions.
Bonus Skills We Appreciate:
- Familiarity with PHP/Laravel for performance components.
- AWS Experience: Proficiency in services such as Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB.
- Observability Practice: Experience with tools like New Relic, Datadog, ELK Stack, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with Event-Oriented Architectures and messaging.
- Security Focus: Practical knowledge of DevSecOps and vulnerability mitigation (OWASP Top 10).
- Experience with NoSQL Databases: MongoDB or Redis for distributed caching strategies.
- Exposure to High Availability environments.
