About the Area
We operate a leading platform connecting small and medium-sized retailers with major national carriers, democratizing access to competitive shipping rates. Our focus is on enhancing business operations through innovation, security, and operational efficiency. You will join agile Squads, collaborating closely with Design, Product, and Back-end teams to streamline logistics for thousands of retailers with cutting-edge solutions.

Your Impact (The Challenge)
Within the LWSA ecosystem, you will be a catalyst for change. Your primary goal will be to simplify the customer journey and ensure our solutions are increasingly seamless, directly benefiting thousands of businesses that rely on our technology for growth.
Responsibilities and Daily Activities
- Architect and develop robust client-side solutions using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
- Focus primarily on Melhor Envio's embedded logistics solution.
- Ensure high-quality code through critical Code Reviews and adherence to best engineering practices.
- Monitor the health of production systems (Observability) and propose continuous improvements.
- Manage the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline and optimize development workflows with AI tools (e.g., Cursor or Claude).
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through mentorship and Tech Talks.
Mandatory Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Vue/Nuxt ecosystem.
- Experience with RESTful API-based architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of CSS, pre-processors, and Tailwind.
- Strong emphasis on Responsiveness and Accessibility.
- Experience with automated testing (Vitest) and build tools (Vite).
- Understanding of technical SEO and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Basic knowledge of Back-end development (Node.js or PHP/Laravel).
