As a Back-end Developer, you will implement solutions, dive into challenging projects, develop APIs, model databases, and optimize application performance. You will collaborate with the team to ensure code quality and system scalability, evaluating and identifying appropriate solutions to reduce product risks and negative customer impacts.

Responsibilities and Attributions
Your Daily Activities:
- Directly contribute to building a product that optimizes national e-commerce freight logistics, creating a real impact on people's lives.
- Work in squads using agile methodologies to deliver constant value to our clients.
- Collaborate on developing new functionalities, adhering to team-defined architecture and best practices, focusing on personal development and code quality.
- Actively participate in Code Review sessions, focusing on individual technical growth and maintaining team quality standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and bug fixes, using debugging processes to deepen business domain knowledge.
- Support monitoring production applications with observability tools to ensure continuous service availability.
- Assist the team with technical analysis and task refinement, utilizing AI tools (Copilot/Cursor) to accelerate productivity and code precision.
- Participate in planning and delivery cycles, and help resolve incidents with support from more experienced developers.
- Maintain active curiosity, researching and sharing new technologies with the team.
- Learn extensively and share knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Solid knowledge in programming logic and back-end web development (personal projects, academic, or previous experience).
- Proficiency in PHP with a focus on the Laravel framework.
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Familiarity with Docker for isolated development environments.
- Genuine interest in applying Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and writing automated tests.
- Understanding of web architecture fundamentals: HTTP Protocol, RESTful APIs.
- Good interpersonal communication for interacting with different areas and clarity in explaining technical difficulties.
- Proactivity and an analytical profile to autonomously investigate problems before escalation.
We'd love if you also have:
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, SQS, and RDS).
- Knowledge of observability (New Relic, Datadog, or Grafana).
- Experience with Deploy and CI/CD strategies (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
- Interest in event-driven architectures and messaging.
- Curiosity about application security and OWASP Top 10 practices.
- Familiarity with MongoDB.
- Curiosity about developing high-availability software.
- Knowledge of NodeJS/NestJS or Golang.
