We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to support the Pharmaceutical Marketing Department of one of our healthcare sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and management of scientific events.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional activities (cycle campaigns, materials, screenings, visibility initiatives).
  • Contact suppliers, analyze proposals, and collaborate in the purchasing process (purchase orders, invoice verification, etc.).
  • Collaborate in the review and organization of compliance documentation (transparency, regulatory archiving, and other internal processes).

Requirements

  • Degree or technical course in the administrative field.
  • Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is valued.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and/or pharmaceutical compliance will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of English (preferably minimum B1 level).
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • Organization, autonomy, and ease in handling deadlines and multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
