Magento Developer (E-Commerce Support) - Remote

Context

We are seeking a skilled Magento Developer to strengthen our client's E-Commerce support team. This role involves working across the entire digital platform, supporting all group brands, and playing a crucial part in ensuring service continuity, quality assurance, and tool enhancement.

This mission is available immediately (ASAP).

Key Responsibilities

Operating within a global E-Commerce scope, your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, taking charge of, and processing support tickets based on established priorities.
• Developing necessary fixes, qualifying them, and tracking their delivery alongside Release Managers.
• Collaborating and communicating with business teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful action execution.
• Monitoring platform availability and data flows to guarantee optimal performance of the E-Commerce Information System (IS).
• Developing and maintaining specialized internal support tools.
• Creating and updating functional and technical documentation.
• Driving continuous improvement in support processes and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Very strong expertise in Magento 2 (Essential).
• Solid proficiency in PHP development.
• Mastery of MySQL databases.
