Job Description
We are looking for a Developer with strong experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento) to work on strategic projects and highly critical environments. We are looking for a professional with high technical autonomy, architectural vision, and the ability to lead complex initiatives in a distributed and scalable ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Technically lead the development and evolution of the Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and performant solutions.
- Act in the definition of architecture and development best practices.
- Investigate critical production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and preventive plans.
- Support technical decisions related to scalability, security, observability, and infrastructure costs.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
- Act in complex integrations with external systems (ERP, gateways, anti-fraud, CRM, middleware, etc.).
- Work together with DevOps, QA, Product, and Architecture teams.
- Participate in the definition of CI/CD, monitoring, and automation strategies.
- Ensure high technical quality, performance, and stability of the platform.
- Technically support modernization and architectural evolution initiatives.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Magento architecture, and modular development
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, messaging, and distributed integrations
- Advanced knowledge in performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Experience with Redis, Varnish, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Experience in high-volume and mission-critical environments
- Technical leadership ability and collaborative work across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Commerce certifications, preferably:
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Commerce Developer
- Adobe Certified Master – Adobe Commerce Architect
- Experience with headless architecture and PWA Studio
- Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with observability (Datadog, Kibana, New Relic, etc.)
- Experience with scalability and high availability strategies
- Knowledge of technical SEO and advanced web performance optimization
