Our heart beats in Kraków - 3 times a week we meet in Zabłocie, because this model works best for us. Are you from far away? Don't worry, on board we also have space for remote Cyber Sailors. You have at least 2 years of experience in commercial programming, including a minimum of 1.5 years of commercial experience with Magento 2 or at least 1 definitely noteworthy Magento 2-based shop in your portfolio. You know how to use HTML, JavaScript (+ TypeScript), CSS, SASS, and LESS so that everything works as intended. You know ECMAScript 6, you know what a reference, object, class, interface is, how map/reduce works. You have practical experience with developer tools such as gulp.js or Webpack. React/Angular/Vue is a tool for you, not a programming language, and you are able to effectively switch libraries. You understand what Web Performance, Core Web Vitals are, you know what Lighthouse is, and you can optimize websites. If you want to build software well, not just so-so - let's definitely talk!

Your Tasks

• Building e-shops based on Magento 2
• Collaborating with sharp backend developers, helpful PMs, inspired designers, a bright QA project crew, and DevOps who don't need reminding every six months
• Developing the presentation/interface layer of online stores using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (TypeScript)
• Programming new features, modules, extensions (not hacking existing code)
• Working not only with the technical stack of Magento - Knockout, jQuery, PHP (for writing frontend templates), but also Vanilla JS, TypeScript, and SASS, which we use when writing our components
• Maintaining and developing existing projects
• Optimizing projects for Web Performance, Core Web Vitals, Usability, and SEO
• Opportunity to contribute to both Magento and our proprietary MageSuite solution (open source)
• Working with automated tests, which we have been developing for some time using the Playwright library
• Working with Google Tag Manager, used by clients for tracking and marketing
• Writing clean code and documentation for your own work
• Communicating and collaborating with the project team and international client (in English), participating in meetings
• We use React and Vue to a limited extent, so working with these libraries is not our daily routine
• Magento certification is welcome. If you don't have it yet, no stress - in the first months of collaboration we'll help you get it and support you at every stage of preparation
