Lead Mobile Developer
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who will be responsible for the technical direction of the development of a modern mobile platform. If you like designing application architecture, working with the latest technologies, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality software – we invite you to cooperate.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing the architecture of the solution, making key technical decisions, and cooperating with the developer team in building mobile applications based on Kotlin Multiplatform.
What tasks await you?
- Designing and developing application architecture based on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose Multiplatform.
- Co-creating programming standards and ensuring code quality, consistency, and performance.
- Active participation in the design and development of new functionalities using modern technologies.
- Implementing key system elements and proposing architectural and technological improvements.
- Supporting the developer team in solving complex technical problems and sharing knowledge.
- Ensuring high engineering standards, quality of delivered software, and development of good practices in the team.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mobile application development, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead, Architect, or in a similar leadership role.
- Very good knowledge of the Kotlin language and practical experience in creating modern mobile applications, including using asynchronous programming.
- Commercial experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and building shared modules for Android and iOS platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Jetpack Compose and Compose Multiplatform, including creating user interfaces, application state management, and navigation.
- Experience in designing scalable and easy-to-maintain application architecture using patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or MVI.
- Very good knowledge of the Git version control system and teamwork using code repositories.
- Experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD processes for mobile applications.
- Good knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Agile.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and make accurate architectural decisions.
- Openness to new technologies and readiness to quickly adapt to changing project needs.
- Passion for mobile application development and desire to continuously expand knowledge, especially in the area of Kotlin Multiplatform and the Compose ecosystem.
