Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performance team of senior developers, ensuring fast and high-quality feature delivery.
• Dedicate the majority of time to coding while simultaneously structuring team processes.
• Integrate AI into the development lifecycle (coding assistance, reviews, monitoring).
• Drive engineering best practices, including clean code, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain the stability, scalability, and performance of the platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proven experience in leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel) and front-end frameworks (preferably Angular).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Desired Qualifications (A Plus):

• Previous exposure to AI-assisted coding or AI-driven architectures.
