We are seeking a Lead Adobe Commerce Developer to support a Staff Augmentation team focused on a pushout catalog integration into Adobe Commerce - B2B. In this pivotal role, you will lead technical initiatives across catalog and search functionalities, champion Adobe Commerce best practices, and serve as both a hands-on contributor and a proven leader guiding the team to successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Staff Augmentation team on a catalog integration project within Adobe Commerce - B2B.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO), advocating for Adobe Commerce best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Facilitate technical grooming sessions with the development team.
- Contribute individually to development tasks across both frontend and backend.
- Drive integrations utilizing REST and GraphQL within the catalog and search domains.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders and the development team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Adobe Commerce (Magento) development experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.
- Expertise in Adobe Commerce B2B modules and front-end development.
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
- Strong skills in PHP and MySQL.
- Familiarity with integrations, XML, and JSON files.
- Knowledge of integration frameworks and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (backend).
- Proven background in building integrations via REST and GraphQL.
- Capability to lead technical grooming and code review sessions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for best practices.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level).

- Familiarity with React.
- Understanding of Statsig.
- Knowledge of Resolve (previously Groupby).
