We Expect You to Have:
- Proven experience leading VM migration to Kubernetes in a production environment.
- Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes (Helm, ingress, secrets management, autoscaling).
- History of incremental modernization of legacy PHP monoliths without downtime.
- Experience with GitLab and GitLab CI (designing multi-repo pipelines).
- Mastery of Gitflow in environments with multiple teams and distinct cadences.
- Fluency in Scrum and Kanban.
- Depth in observability (Grafana, Sentry, SLO definition).
- Ability to read and securely extract responsibilities from legacy PHP code.
- Applied knowledge in security (encryption, secrets management, authentication).
It Will Be a Plus If You Have:
- Knowledge in Vue.js and Vite ecosystem to guide front-end initiatives.
