About the Dev Channels Team
The Dev Channels team is crucial for maintaining and evolving KingHost's service ecosystem. This includes managing Domain Registration (National/International) and DNS, critical Checkout systems, the Control Panel (DNA), and SSL security (Let's Encrypt/SNI). Daily tasks involve developing and maintaining PHP systems and automated scripts, integrating communication APIs (Zenvia, Octa), managing sales and cross-sell flows, and configuring environments via Docker and CI/CD Pipelines to ensure the stability of products like KingStore and BackOffice.
We are seeking proactive professionals with a high capacity for delivery, capable of autonomous development and maintenance of complex systems. The ideal candidate will possess a systemic and analytical vision to support the Tech Lead in defining sustainable architectures and resolving root cause issues. Interpersonal maturity and influence are essential for mentoring less experienced team members and actively collaborating with Product Owners (POs) within agile methodologies. We prioritize attention to detail and quality, ensuring all deliveries, from domain registration to SSL implementation, meet standards of excellence, security, and technical resilience.
Responsibilities and Attributions
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Development and Architecture: Evolve critical systems using PHP (Laravel/Frameworks) and Vue.js. This involves the complete development cycle, from requirements analysis and architecture definition to deployment, ensuring the sustainability of products such as Domain Registration (National/International), SSL (Let's Encrypt/SNI), Checkout, and Control Panel (DNA).
- Quality and Support: Orchestrate automated tests (unit and integrated) and maintain CI/CD pipelines via Docker. Investigate root causes of complex incidents and mitigate technical debt in legacy systems.
- Mentoring and Agile Processes: Directly support the Tech Lead in technical decision-making, conduct Code Reviews focused on continuous improvement, engage in pair programming, and share best development practices with junior team members.
- Business Interface: Collaborate actively with POs and stakeholders to map technical stories and define requirements in an agile manner, transforming business needs into performant and scalable software solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To Excel in This Role, You Will Need:
- Proficiency in PHP and Laravel: Advanced experience in the language and frameworks for building robust applications.
- Frontend and User Experience: Ability to create and maintain modern interfaces using HTML, CSS, JS, and Vue.js, with a focus on applying Design Systems for visual consistency and excellent user experience.
- Software Engineering: A solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Architecture patterns to guide sustainable technical decisions.
- Quality and Testing: Experience implementing Automated and Unit Tests to ensure delivery resilience.
- Versioning and CI/CD: Mastery of GIT and practical experience orchestrating flows in CI/CD Pipelines.
- Infrastructure and Data: Deep knowledge of Relational Databases and operating environments using Docker.

- DevOps Culture: Practical experience in automation, monitoring, and environment support.
- Operating Systems: Mastery or familiarity with Linux environments.
- Technical Polyglotism: Knowledge of other programming languages to support diverse stacks, especially Ruby on Rails.
- Technical English: Ability to read and interpret international documentation.
