Join Our Team as a Junior Backend Engineer!
Work remotely from Poland within one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms. You will collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to develop scalable, high-impact solutions, reporting to an Engineering Manager dedicated to your growth.
We utilize Golang and Kotlin, modernizing systems from legacy PHP, with deployments via GitLab CI/CD to AWS.

Who We Are Looking For:
- A curious and eager learner who enjoys understanding system mechanics and takes ownership of their work.
- A developer with some experience or familiarity with software development, ideally in Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP, and an interest in databases and cloud technologies like AWS.
- A problem solver who combines technical thinking with a user-first mindset to create meaningful solutions.
- A collaborative team player open to discussions, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Contributing to projects by writing code, participating in planning, and supporting technical task execution as you develop your skills.
- Being an active team member, learning from others while delivering quality work and building confidence in your technical abilities.
- Bringing fresh ideas and curiosity, exploring new problem-solving approaches, and assisting in software solution implementation with team guidance.
- Asking questions, sharing ideas, and gradually taking ownership of the product as you gain experience.
- Working closely with product managers to understand user needs and help build impactful products.
