Junior Programming Analyst

You will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining the organization's Digital Media projects, contributing to the creation and evolution of websites, portals, systems, applications, and digital books. This role involves requirements gathering, solution development, problem correction, and providing technical support to users, ensuring the quality, functionality, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis and development of new Digital Media projects, contributing to requirements gathering, solution definition, and data modeling.
• Develop and implement improvements for legacy systems to enhance functionality, performance, and usability.
• Develop and maintain websites, portals, and internet pages, adhering to organizational technical and visual standards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital books.
• Program, update, test, and modify existing websites and applications to ensure functionality and platform evolution.
• Develop and test mobile and tablet applications, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Conduct functional and technical testing of developed solutions, identifying and resolving defects.
• Support the implementation and approval processes for systems, websites, and other projects.
• Provide technical support to users, understanding their needs and resolving application-related problems.
• Deliver training and guidance to users on system and solution usage.
• Present developed projects, functionalities, and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain operation manuals, technical documents, and project-related materials.
• Research, evaluate, and document new technologies, tools, and best practices for future implementations.
• Assist in monitoring project demands to ensure adherence to deadlines and costs.
• Maintain organized and updated project codes, documentation, and resources, following development standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JS), React, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SQL, REST API, Docker, Git, and Linux.
• Prior experience in web system and application development, including updating and correcting systems, websites, or applications, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress.
• Familiarity with MVC Frameworks, particularly Laravel.
• Proven experience in web site and application development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of mobile application development.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM
• Format: Home Office
