Job Objective:
Resolve customer incidents through the Service Desk area.
What You Will Do:
- First-level customer support.
- Android box monitoring.
- Clicker monitoring.
- Office equipment inventory.
- Creation of incident and request reports.
- Database creation.
- Ticket documentation.
- Virtual machine creation.
- Escalation of incidents to second level.
- Software installation.
Requirements:
- Completion of internships/service.
- Education: Student in technical or undergraduate degree programs in Systems Engineering, Software, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Intermediate English.
Required Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook).
- Google Workspace.
- Programming fundamentals.
- Knowledge of structured cabling.
- Knowledge of LINUX.
- Desirable knowledge of programming languages (HTML, PHP, JAVASCRIPT).
- Outlook management.
- Incident categorization.
- On-site and remote technical support.
- Customer service (etiquette).
- Spelling and grammar.
Desirable:
- Less than 1 year of experience in technical support or development (not exclusionary).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM / 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
Modality:
Hybrid.
