Functions
As a JDE (JD Edwards) Application Integration Technician at Avanza, a leader in passenger transport, you will ensure the analysis, development, maintenance, and support of our JDE ERP and company services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving technical incidents.
- Coordinating and leading functional incidents across finance, purchasing, and maintenance areas.
- Coordinating hardware and database incidents with external suppliers.
- Identifying needs and new development opportunities with functional teams.
- Overseeing the implementation of new developments from suppliers.
- Conducting development needs analysis, collaborating with internal clients and/or suppliers, and contributing to JDE product development.
- Coordinating and managing needs detection and potential application through meetings with purchasing, maintenance, and finance teams.
- Analyzing improvement processes and evaluating their application, validated by the Mexico team.
- Coordinating new group implementations, monitoring phases, and ensuring proper JDE functionality.
- Managing the integration of existing systems with external vendor systems, incorporated company systems, or third-party developments.
- Managing and resolving group system incidents, coordinating with suppliers for JDE incident resolution.
- Collaborating on user training and other tasks related to system implementation or improvement.
Requirements
- Computer Engineering or Computer Professional Training.
- High proficiency in Office automation.
- Languages: JD Edwards, SQL, Java .Net, PHP.
- Databases: SQL, Oracle.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Programmer or Analyst Programmer.
