Functions
Avanza, a leader in passenger transport, seeks a JDE (JD Edwards) Application Integration Technician. This role ensures the analysis, development, maintenance, and support of the JDE ERP and company services.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical incidents.
- Coordinate and lead functional incidents across finance, purchasing, and maintenance.
- Coordinate hardware (HW) and database (DB) incidents with suppliers.
- Identify development needs and new solutions with functional teams.
- Implement new developments from suppliers.
- Analyze development requirements, collaborating with internal clients, suppliers, and JDE product development.
- Coordinate and manage needs identification and application through meetings with purchasing, maintenance, and finance teams.
- Analyze and evaluate improvement processes, subject to validation by the Mexico team.
- Coordinate new group implementations, monitoring phases and ensuring proper JDE functionality.
- Manage the integration of existing systems with external supplier systems, systems in acquired companies, or third-party developments.
- Manage and resolve group system incidents, coordinating JDE incident resolution with suppliers.
- Support user training and other tasks related to system implementation or improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Professional IT Training.
- High proficiency in Office automation.
- Proficiency in JD Edwards, SQL, Java .Net, and PHP.
- Experience with databases including SQL and Oracle.
- 3 years of experience as a Programmer or Analyst Programmer.
