Functions
At Avanza, a leading company in the passenger transport sector, we are looking for a JDE (JD Edwards) Application Integration Technician to ensure the analysis, development, maintenance, and support of the JDE ERP and the company's services.
What will your job involve?
- Resolve technical incidents.
- Coordinate and lead functional incidents (finance, purchasing, and maintenance areas).
- Coordinate HW and DB incidents with providers.
- Identify needs and new developments with functional areas.
- Implement new developments created by the provider.
- Perform development needs analysis, working with both internal clients and/or providers, as well as in JDE product development.
- Coordinate and manage the detection of needs and possible application through meetings with the involved teams from the purchasing, maintenance, and finance areas.
- Analyze improvement processes and assess their possible application under validation from the team in Mexico.
- Coordinate the process of new implementations within the group, monitor the different phases, and ensure the correct functioning of JDE.
- Manage the integration of existing systems with others, including external provider systems, systems present in acquired companies, or developments commissioned to third parties.
- Manage and resolve incidents in the group's systems and coordinate with providers for incident resolution in JDE.
- Collaborate in user training and other tasks inherent to system implementation or improvement.
Requirements
- Computer Engineering; Professional IT Training
- High level of Office Suite proficiency, Languages: JD Edwards, SQL, Java .Net and PHP; Databases (SQL, Oracle)
- Programmer, Analyst programmer, 3 years of experience
