From the home garage to the world: this is how DB's history begins. We were born with a desire for change, our purpose is to be a people-centric technology company, with collaboration, inclusion, and diversity. In 1993, we started as consultants for one of the major databases of the time, which gave us the name DBServer (data base server) and gradually we built the DB (Design + Build the future) that you know today, the one that generates change through innovation and humanity.
We develop people who impact business with technology and innovation, participating in a flexible and articulated way in squads, consultancies, and training in all stages of the lifecycle, from Discovery to Delivery and support.
A look at Diversity & Inclusion
DB has built a journey composed of cultural markers with deep human meaning that are part of our daily lives. With courage and empathy, collaboration, a collective sense, and community, we are evolving towards a people-centric culture.
We are proud to promote a work environment free of discrimination. We believe that the diversity of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds transforms our work environment. We are committed to building this legacy with your partnership!
