We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (MOE) for one of our esteemed clients based in Monaco. This role is crucial for driving significant digital transformation projects and enhancing operational efficiency.

Your Mission:

In a period of substantial growth, our client is implementing a strategic development plan focused on improving its Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) and executing key digital transformation initiatives. These include the redesign of core business tools, accounting systems, and teleservices.

A central component of this transformation involves the Centralized Subscriber Management (GAC) business tool, which comprises a legacy database and several internally developed peripheral applications. Your mission will encompass updating the GAC system and decommissioning outdated in-house applications, aligning with the client's strategic objectives.

As the Project Manager, you will lead project management (MOE) activities for the redesign and migration of the business information system and its associated applications. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, Business Owners (MOA), and various business units to ensure seamless technical and functional oversight of all application migrations.

Main Missions:

  • Contribute to MOA and coordinate MOE projects, specifically:
    • The GAC business tool migration project.
    • Provide support for the migration of the CEGID accounting tool to SAGE.
  • Coordinate diverse project teams with the MOA, including:
    • Internal technical teams (development, network, system administrators).
    • Business teams (commercial, accounting, operations).
    • External partners (equipment suppliers, software publishers, consultants).
  • Oversee the deployment of infrastructure and various application migrations, such as:
    • Migration of the GAC and the website.
    • Decommissioning of satellite applications linked to GAC.
    • Migration of CEGID accounting software to SAGE.
    • Evolution of the Resaweb teleservice.
  • Manage the technical and functional migration of client applications in conjunction with the MOA.
  • Contribute to the drafting of detailed requirements specifications.
  • Lead the MOE for the new GAC tool migration, considering dependencies with other projects (e.g., Websites, SAGE migration).
  • Coordinate and monitor the deployment of on-premise and/or cloud infrastructure for Acceptance and Production environments.
  • Monitor and participate in the GAC approval process in collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting administrative documents pertinent to public contracts.
  • Track project activities, budgets, risks, deadlines, and quality assurance.

Candidate Profile:

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in technical IT project management.
  • Experience with public or semi-public contracts is a significant advantage.

Your Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management techniques and tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Expertise in office automation tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong technical understanding of physical and virtual infrastructure concepts.
    • VMWare ESX virtualization and Cloud technologies.
  • Technical knowledge of application deployment methodologies.
  • Understanding of network and security access issues, including access rights.
    • AD, LDAP, VPN, SSL, PKI.
  • Operating systems proficiency: Linux (Debian, Ubuntu), Windows, and Windows Server.
  • Networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of application integrations, API, and scripting.
  • Understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Web technologies and languages: Apache, Nginx, HTML, PHP, Shell, Java, Python.
  • Incident management systems (e.g., GLPI).
