About the role

Join our Sales team, which drives global customer growth from prospecting through acquisition and activation. We are seeking an Integration Specialist (Acquiring) to manage integrations and APIs. This role is crucial for recommending features that enhance the customer experience.

The specialist will also create technical content, guiding customers on implementing specific use cases to maximize product value. Are you ready to shape the future of finance? This is a remote position based in Portugal.

What you’ll be doing

  • Understanding merchant requirements and communicating how Revolut addresses their business and technical challenges.
  • Planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end, covering high-level architecture down to code implementation alongside customers.
  • Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for customers, partners, and Sales team members.

What you'll need

  • 1+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, Implementation Agent, or Tech Support Agent within a payment provider (e.g., Stripe, Mollie, Braintree, Paypal, Checkout).
  • 1+ years of experience in customer relations/support or sales.
  • A relevant university degree.
  • Knowledge of PHP, Javascript, and/or Python.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Experience partnering with product teams.

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN9,300 - PLN12,400 gross monthly*
Poland: PLN9,300 - PLN12,400 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
