The Opportunity

We seek a challenge and results-oriented individual who can guide clients to success, deliver value, and ensure engagement throughout project execution. You will connect client needs with our product features (SE Suite) to deliver optimal results.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Implementation Consultant's mission is to deliver solutions aligned with client needs using the SE Suite. This involves supporting initial adoption, removing potential barriers, facilitating system implementation, and institutionalizing solution usage for maximum benefit. You must apply market best practices and understand business rules to ensure efficient and effective SE Suite configuration.

This role is primarily remote but may require attending clients in person in the city of residence and nearby regions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Complete or ongoing higher education in Technology fields.
• Experience with software and/or ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, Procedures, Views, etc.).
• Knowledge of webservice integrations (SOAP, UI, REST).
• Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM).
• Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced/fluent English and/or Spanish.
• Extension courses in project management or similar certifications.
• Knowledge of SoftExpert portfolio products (SE Suite) or competitor solutions.
• Knowledge of quality management principles.
