About the Role: Fullstack Web Developer
We are seeking a talented Fullstack Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and enhancement of the company's corporate website. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team and Chief Marketing Officer to achieve ambitious marketing department goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain headless WordPress architecture.
- Optimize website performance, with a focus on mobile responsiveness.
- Implement lazy loading and partial rendering techniques.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores.
- Execute technical SEO strategies.
- Support external integrations, including forms, webhooks, and APIs.
- Ensure website security and stability.
- Maintain and support CI/CD processes.
- Contribute to website redesigns and UX improvements from a technical perspective.
- Initiate architectural enhancements after 1-2 years, where appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in fullstack web development.
- Proficient knowledge of PHP 8+.
- Intermediate+ English language proficiency (B1+).
- Experience with WordPress, including custom post types, hooks, and REST API.
- Practical experience with a headless CMS approach.
- Strong JavaScript knowledge (ES6+).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and Webpack.
- Proven experience in performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP).
- Understanding of technical SEO principles (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability).
- Experience with REST API integrations (e.g., HubSpot).
- Knowledge of web security best practices (OWASP basic principles).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with A/B testing for product optimization.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum processes and manage tasks in tracking systems.
- Strong collaboration skills to translate business objectives into technical solutions, working across technical and marketing teams.
- Results-oriented with the ability to complete projects within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CDN.
- Experience with server-side tracking.
- Understanding of modern frontend approaches (SSR, SSG, Edge rendering).
- Experience with Nginx.
- Basic understanding of Docker.
