Web Developer

NúcleoGov is seeking a proactive and committed Web Developer to join its technology team. The professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining functionalities in proprietary systems within a collaborative and agile environment, focusing on delivering secure, efficient, and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain functionalities in internal systems and company portals.
• Participate in team alignment and continuous improvement meetings.
• Analyze tickets and user stories, planning development with a focus on quality and performance.
• Suggest improvements and propose technical solutions for system optimization.
• Perform tests and corrections, ensuring application stability and integrity.
• Carry out data migrations and production updates.
• Document developed activities and maintain good programming practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in software development and good programming practices.
• Solid knowledge of PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL).
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication, collaborative profile, and results-oriented.
• Continuous interest in learning and technological updates.

Differentiators:

• Knowledge of Laravel and NextJS.
• Experience with data migration routines.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
• Notions of design and use of Figma for integration with the UI/UX team.
