We are actively seeking a talented Lead Fullstack PHP Developer to join our team.
Experience & Qualifications
- Over 6 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Advanced English proficiency, enabling effective interaction with international teams.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Solid expertise in PHP backend development.
- Proficiency in frontend development using Angular / Typescript.
- Deep knowledge of database design and modeling, preferably with PostgreSQL.
- Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Ability to work across the entire technology stack (backend and frontend).
- Excellent debugging skills and a strong ability to resolve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of key platform functionalities for both backend and frontend.
- Develop and review production-grade code utilizing technologies such as Laravel, PostgreSQL, and Angular / TypeScript.
- Design and maintain robust database architecture, ensuring data integrity and efficiency within a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with Product and TPM teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple systems, including editor state management, data persistence, and rendering.
- Establish and uphold development standards, best practices, and architectural patterns within the team.
- Actively participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor other developers.
