Your Role
As a Fullstack Developer / PHP & Laravel Developer (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the further development and scaling of our proprietary CRM solution – the digital heart of our company.
You will work on both backend logic and modern frontend interfaces, developing scalable solutions for our internal processes, locations, and departments together with our team.

Your Tasks
- Development and scaling of our Laravel-based CRM platform
- Backend development with PHP 8 and Laravel 12
- Development of modern frontend components and user-friendly CRM interfaces
- Design and integration of RESTful APIs
- Connection of external systems, e.g., Payment, DATEV, communication, and other interfaces
- Database design and performance optimization with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Implementation of new features from technical conception to implementation
- Development of unit tests with PHPUnit
- Collaboration on architecture, code quality, and technical decisions
- Setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines with Docker and GitHub Actions
- Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments
And best of all: You will be onboarded by an experienced colleague and work side-by-side with a motivated team of up to four developers.
Job Requirements
- Experience in fullstack development or very good backend experience with interest in frontend topics
- Very good knowledge of PHP and Laravel
- Experience with modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Confident handling of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience in the development and integration of RESTful APIs
- Understanding of clean code, performance, scalability, and software architecture
- Experience with Git, Docker, and ideally GitHub Actions
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
- Joy in actively shaping digital processes
- Good German and/or English skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Laravel 12, PHP 8, and Redis
- Knowledge of Vue.js, React, Livewire, or comparable frontend technologies
- Experience with CRM, ERP, payment, or billing systems
- Knowledge of test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps processes
- Interest in automation, digital business models, and process optimization
Important: PHP 8+, Laravel, and PostgreSQL are fixed components of our tech stack and are mandatory for this position.
