Your Role in the Team

As an Experienced Fullstack Developer, you will join a tech team focused on bringing conviviality and engagement through innovative digital solutions. You will contribute to creating products for internal and external use, while also participating in the evolution of the organization's technological vision. Your role will focus on two main areas:

• Frontend Focus: Ensure the production of new interfaces and code quality on Angular (technical frontend lead).
• Fullstack Versatility: Develop skills in Backend (Symfony/PHP) and occasionally contribute to legacy maintenance.

Your Missions

Frontend Development (40%)

• Design and develop interfaces in Angular 19+ (migration to 20 planned).
• Propose and defend frontend architecture choices.
• Ensure performance, maintainability, and code quality.
• Act as the technical guarantor for the frontend and transmit best practices.

Backend Development (30%)

• Develop skills in backend refactoring with Symfony 7 (migration to v8 upon release).
• Actively participate in the refactoring of the SIP platform.
• No need to be an expert, but a strong desire to learn and grow in PHP/Symfony is required.

Legacy Maintenance (20%)

• Fix and evolve existing applications on a varied stack: React 16, Vue.js 2, jQuery 3, Node.js 12 (Express), Symfony 3, Flutter.
• Be capable of handling heterogeneous and sometimes poorly documented code.

Collaboration and Agile (10%)

• Actively participate in Agile rituals (2-week sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint planning).
• Regular interactions with the team (2 developers, 2 PMs, 1 SI project manager).
• User meetings to explain technical points in a simplified way.

Technical Stack

• Refactoring: Angular 19/20, Symfony 7/8, Redis, Postgres, Docker (mandatory), Gitlab CI.
• Legacy: Symfony 3, React 16, Vue.js 2, jQuery 3, Node.js 12, Flutter, MySQL.
• Tools and Environments: Figma (editing and development strongly appreciated).
• Methodologies: Agile, Sprints, Full Remote.

Profile Sought

• Proven experience: 3-5 years in frontend development, recent Angular experience is essential.
• Proficiency in Angular (versions 16+ recommended), good JavaScript expertise.
• Strong backend aptitude, ability or motivation to develop skills in Symfony 7/PHP (experience not mandatory).
• Ability to use Docker in a development environment, comfortable with CI/CD tools.
• Good knowledge of design tools (Figma for editing + development, highly appreciated).
• Knowledge or curiosity for legacy technologies (React/Vue.js/jQuery/Node.js/Symfony).
• Autonomy, rigor, communication, team spirit.
• Desire to contribute to the evolution of tech practices and to embrace the stack.

What We Offer

• Fixed Package: €38k to €42k depending on profile.
• Variable: Up to 16.6% based on objective achievement (OKRs and company results), with 3 bonuses distributed throughout the year.
• Contract: Full remote (100%) – dev team entirely remote.
• Work Schedule: 39-hour week over 4.5 days, Friday afternoons off.
• Office Visits: 2 days every 2 months at the office, annual festive seminar.

• Status: TAM, 1-month notice period.
