Quick Summary

Archer Wealth, an Australian fintech specializing in private lending, is hiring a Full-Stack React + Salesforce Developer for a remote contract role with a clear path to full-time employment, preferably with overlap during Australian business hours. Candidates need 3+ years of React experience (React 18 + Vite), strong PostgreSQL/Supabase proficiency, and demonstrated Salesforce integration experience (REST API, SOQL, Flow, Financial Services Cloud), focusing on resolving sync issues and developing new features and integrations for internal applications.

Company Overview

Join an Australian non-bank private lender specializing in residential and commercial loans. We leverage warehouse trusts and an advanced in-house technology platform built on React, Supabase, and Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud + Finspectra).

Engagement & Opportunity

This role begins as a remote contractor position, with a preference for candidates who can overlap with Australian business hours. High-performing individuals have a clear path to transition into a full-time role within 3–6 months.

What You'll Do

You will be an integral part of a small, agile build team led by our Managing Director. This role offers significant ownership, allowing you to manage features end-to-end across a diverse suite of internal applications, including:

  • Credit workbench
  • Sales CRM
  • Broker portal
  • Executive dashboards
  • Public website

Day One Priorities:

  • Diagnose and resolve Salesforce ↔ Supabase sync issues, specifically involving Finspectra fsCore__ objects, lending applications, customers, collateral, decisions, and checklists.
  • Enhance existing React applications by developing new features, refining user experience, improving performance, and fixing bugs.
  • Develop new modules within our monorepo, adhering to established architectural patterns.
  • Implement and wire up critical integrations, including Microsoft Graph / SharePoint, Salesforce REST/Bulk APIs, and Azure Document Intelligence.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of React experience, including expertise with hooks, state management, and component architecture. Our stack uses React 18 + Vite, inline styles with shared design tokens, and state-based navigation (no Tailwind, no router).
  • Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and Supabase, covering RLS policies, migrations, PostgREST, JSONB columns, and authentication (Azure AD OAuth + MFA aal2).
  • Demonstrated Salesforce integration experience with REST API, SOQL, Flow, Financial Services Cloud, or any managed package (Finspectra is a significant advantage).
  • Ability to confidently read and extend large codebases (2,000–3,000 line files) without introducing regressions.
  • Excellent written English for effective asynchronous collaboration with the MD via PRs and chat.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Netlify Functions, Puppeteer / headless Chromium for PDF generation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint document storage.
  • Knowledge of the Australian financial services or private credit domain.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, round-robin assignment, and lead triage.

What We Offer

  • Competitive contractor rate (PHP), with weekly or fortnightly payments via Wise / direct deposit.
  • A clear and structured path to full-time employment.
  • Genuine ownership, with your code deployed to production within days.
  • Direct communication with the Managing Director, ensuring no middle management layers.

To Apply

Please submit:

  1. Your GitHub or portfolio link.
  2. A one-paragraph summary detailing a Salesforce or Supabase integration you have debugged or built.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a brief TestGorilla assessment.
