What we are looking for:
At Insi, we are looking for a Full Stack Specialist Developer to be the technical pillar for the design and evolution of mission-critical systems. This professional will act as a strategic reference, navigating masterfully between the PHP and Java ecosystems, while building modern interfaces and scaling robust cloud architectures. We are looking for someone capable of translating complex business challenges into high-performance solutions, ensuring technical integrity and actively contributing to team mentoring and the success of deliveries to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs using the PHP and Java ecosystems.
- Develop and evolve dynamic, responsive, and optimized user interfaces to ensure the best user experience.
- Act in the design and maintenance of event-driven architectures (Event-Driven Architecture).
- Develop and manage complex corporate integrations between different systems and platforms.
- Implement and optimize solutions using messaging and asynchronous processing to ensure system resilience.
- Model, optimize, and administer relational databases, focusing on integrity, security, and performance.
- Architect, deploy, and monitor cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.
- Ensure software quality through the rigorous application of engineering best practices, code review, and architectural patterns.
- Act in the investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure, architecture, integration, and systemic performance issues.
- Technically support the team, disseminating knowledge and contributing to the continuous evolution of technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in PHP development, with a solid focus on the Laravel framework.
- Consolidated experience in building microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Advanced experience in creating Single Page Applications (SPAs) with Vue.js and Angular frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of fundamental frontend technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Practical experience in synchronous and asynchronous integrations between large-scale corporate systems.
- Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Deep experience in modeling, administration, and optimization of relational databases.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring tools.
- Technical leadership profile with the ability to solve complex problems and a systemic vision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in remote environments.
- Fluent/native Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration of microservices (Docker and Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
- Experience with automated testing (TDD/BDD).
- Knowledge of application security (OWASP) and DevSecOps practices.
- Active participation in technology communities or contributions to Open Source projects.
