We are hiring a Software Engineer for our Customer Success team. This outcome-based team focuses on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), ensuring your code changes directly impact customer value on our advertiser platform.
You
As a Software Engineer, you will write clean, secure, and well-tested code, adhering to and improving best practices. Your code will be open by default and easily reusable. You will collaborate with your team to extend, maintain, and operate assigned parts of our platform.
You will understand user needs within your service, working with product managers, UX designers, and other team members to develop technical solutions. You will lead the entire service or product lifecycle, from understanding customer problems through development, deployment, support, and maintenance.
You demonstrate an understanding of deadlines, find pragmatic solutions, and proactively raise potential risks.
You will contribute to solving challenges as our business grows, ensuring services continuously meet the needs of our business and customers.

Technical Skills
Required:
- Build and run cloud services on AWS (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, MSK) using Terraform, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Docker.
- Build user interfaces with a modern frontend framework (ideally Angular).
- Lead the design of services within a microservices architecture.
- Responsibly use AI tools to enhance team efficiency while maintaining ownership of result quality.
- Perform testing at various levels (e.g., unit, integration, contract, and smoke).
Should have:
- Work effectively as part of a Scrum team.
- Apply knowledge of information security, secure design, and secure coding practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot services in production environments.
- Collaborate effectively with other engineering teams to achieve objectives.
Nice to have:
- Utilize Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming for software development.
- Ability to write occasional PHP code.
