Requirements
About the Role
We are seeking a high-level generalist Full Stack Developer: someone comfortable navigating between front-end, back-end, and infrastructure, possessing the judgment to know where to focus at each layer and the discipline to deliver to production. The key is the ability to unblock any feature for any squad when it comes to you.
What You Will Do
- Develop complete solutions, working across front-end, back-end, and integrations, with occasional involvement in infrastructure as required for delivery.
- Utilize Claude Code and spec-driven development throughout the entire flow (from PRD to story, story to PR, PR to deploy), orchestrating, reviewing, and validating AI-generated code, while maintaining authorship and responsibility for final quality.
- Develop modern, performant, and well-structured interfaces.
- Design and maintain scalable APIs and services using Node.js and PHP (Laravel).
- Contribute to system reliability, observability, and automation: CI/CD (GitHub Actions), deploy, logs, and alerts.
- Collaborate with product and design teams in defining and evolving solutions.
- Contribute to cross-product technical decisions (ADRs, RFCs, code standards).
- Engage in code review as a team practice, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Essential Stack and Skills
- AI Tools (Claude Code, Codex)
- Node.js (our primary ecosystem for new services)
- PHP (Laravel), used in the legacy monolith that still supports a significant part of operations.
- Modern Front-end (Angular, React, TypeScript)
- Basic experience with Cloud services (our main environment is AWS)
- Docker and containerized environments
- Databases: MySQL and PostgreSQL
- APIs and integrations (REST, HTTP, webhooks)
- Comfortable reading/writing SQL and navigating large relational databases.
- Automated testing practice.
Nice to have experience with
- Observability
- Familiarity with A/B experimentation, feature flags, and product telemetry.
- Personal projects in production, open-source collaboration, and/or participation in developer communities.
