Backend Developer – PHP & Laravel

Our internal CRM, which integrates data from multiple sources including finance, customer service, logistics, traffic, and call center, is growing in complexity and data volume. We are seeking a backend developer with a focus on PHP and Laravel to support and evolve this system.

This professional will be responsible for ensuring data flows accurately and accessibly, while also improving the performance and scalability of integrations, particularly with the Cartpanda and Redtrack APIs, which are crucial for our sales and campaign tracking.

Your role within the development team will involve maintaining, evolving, and scaling this infrastructure, ensuring data flows in an organized, precise, and accessible manner.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services in PHP (Laravel);
• Create and optimize integrations with external APIs, focusing on:
  • Cartpanda API v3
  • Redtrack API
• Process, transform, and consolidate data from these integrations for internal consumption;
• Develop and manage dashboards and endpoints for operational KPI visualization;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, Traffic, Call Center) to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions;
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications and integration routines;
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices for version control.

Technical Requirements:

• Solid experience with PHP v8+ and Laravel v10+;
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL (queries, data modeling, query optimization);
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs;
• Knowledge of token-based authentication (Bearer, OAuth2, etc.);
• Ability to create dashboards and reports (using Laravel + JS libraries or internal tools);
• Experience with Git/GitHub;
• Understanding of asynchronous queues and jobs (Laravel Queues, Horizon, etc.).

Differentiators:

• Previous experience with payment gateway or e-commerce integrations;
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.);
• Skill in using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) to optimize development tasks, generate ideas, review code, and accelerate delivery – both frontend and backend.
